When I’m not on a low-FODMAP diet and need some extra digestive support to keep my GI track moving each day, I eat 3-4 prunes with dinner, and 8 ounces of water. We got this chopper (the 6th thing we’ve tried to make veggies easier) and it’s actually amazing. I can chop my favorite veggies like bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash and onion, lightly saute the mix and keep it in the fridge to add to meals for the week.
