I thrive on supporting people to learn how to not just survive their condition, but live well with their condition, seeing the lessons it brings, and mastering our deepest inner knowing about how to best take care of this vessel we moved around in.
RETURNING CLIENTS
If you are a returning client, book with me directly on Healthie at https://Secure.GetHealthie.com/appointments
Interested?
First, schedule a 15-20 minute Meet-And-Greet video or phone call with Erix to see that we’re a good fit.
If you plan to pay out of pocket without possible insurance reimbursement, you will be able to make an appointment after that visit.
If you are looking for possible insurance reimbursement, please see the steps below.
Steps to submit a Superbill to your insurance for possible reimbursement:
Verify with your insurance provider that Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is a covered service, if there are limitations (like only for people with diabetes, kidney disease, etc), and how many visits are allowed each year.
Ask your Primary Care Provider (PCP) send an MNT referral to Heart Spirit Nutrition at fax # 1-800-469-9901 with a ICD-10 code A-Y (can not be a Z code like “nutrition help because it definitely won’t be reimbursed by insurance).
Schedule your initial visit with Erix; payment is due at the time of scheduling.
At the end of the visit a Superbill will be provided to you.
Follow your insurance steps to submit the Superbill for possible reimbursement.
Done. Easy-peasy? Maybe not, but I’m here to move beside you each “step” of the way.
